This software has been developed and it can be used by anyone 
in a spirit of friendship and cooperation. To this end, this 
package is free, and distributed in source code format.

You are freely granted the right to use, modify and integrate 
the Software in another program provided that :

- you keep the header comments in the Package files unchanged, 
  even if you include part or entire code from these files, 
- acknowledgement of using the Software is made by sending an
